The directions on this video are incredibly helpful, not just a youtube video. In it's description, there is a link to a page providing readable, step-by-step information with visuals. In the video itself, the person showing the steps is pretty clear, and it is even set-up to show the key prompts and shortcuts in photoshop to make editing the image easier.
